Organizing ideas in a paper, has worked very nice for me, a few years ago. Now with all the work I do around the internet, paper sheet is not useful anymore, well at least not for the all kind of digital notes I gather from the internet. There are tons of researches, experiences, news and so on, shared on the net. Trying to organize these digital notes became a huge labor, that's one reason,some months ago, I started to develop uiconcept,

Digital notes or pieces of knowledge as I call them, can be interchanged, updated, shared publicly and even more important they can get feedback from friends and people around.

Organizing this pieces of knowledge or notes into a more structured knowledge is the aim to develop uiconcept, a personal approach running over the iPad.

Why is it the banks are running out of money? or better Why not printing more currency is gonna save the financial system?.

I was curious about this situation, so I could find a very good explanation on this. Here is a video about the actual debt, where Moloney answer the previous two questions.

Why do you need a theory of everything? Meditate about it!

Now, I know a true theory of everything is not just about logic, or words that explain the beginning of everything we see(science). A true theory of everything will set you free. That means, it will not just explain what we see, but it also will point to what can not be saw.

Going back to the question Why do you need a theory of everything?

The answer is becouse it's notorious a lack of fulfillment within, something we can not explain, but it is there.

So a true theory of everything points to a deep truth; a one that you recognize it, when you hear it. That is becouse we can not explain what is missing but we recognize it.

A true theory of everything! this is it: "The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment ".

Everything has an intent

I have been in the innovation world for some time, just to realize that every result has an action and every action has an intent. Even the first step of a journey had to have an intent, to make that step possible.

It seems everyone in the world is looking for something, but leaders are the ones that start the journey.

Leaders have a clear intent that move them, hence inspire others. Yesterday I read an article about Silicon Valley's problem. I noticed, the leaders of innovation are becoming aware of lack of results. In this times companies boost millions in months, but also they crash down in a few more. We are life and life has an intent, one We can not understand by thinking, but I believe, We are about to become aware of that intent.

Brain and consciousness are not the same

Words are just labels that allow us to communicate. The meaning of brain and consciousness is not the same. We perceive the world as physical but we already know it's not completely true. There are hidden forces of life, over the last years they are impossible to dismiss.

As Echkart Tolle says:

"The Truth is far more all-encompassing than the mind could ever comprehend. No thought can encapsulate the Truth. At best, it can point to it. For example, it can say: “All things are intrinsically one.” That is a pointer, not an explanation. Understanding these words means feeling deep within you the truth to which they point. "

What Theories of everything tell us?

We are living in a world of change. This measurable changes are supported for modern scientists and their theories(Law of accelerating returns), also for ancient spirituality(Mayan Calendar). The truth is: in the latest years there are more theories of everything.

Two theories that make a lot of sense to me are:

My Big ToE: Discovery by Thomas W Campbell
The Purposeful Universe: How Quantum Theory and Mayan Cosmology Explain the Origin and Evolution of Life by Carl Johan Calleman

If these books can really explain everything, then there is a "direction".
what is that?
as both authors conclude this direction is: "the evolution of life and consciousness"

I have noted there are more research findings that tell us Happiness is a key diferentiation in life, business, relationships and others. Just try searching a combination of these words.

Even selling happiness is a new business per se! however the experience tell me there is nothing outside that will make us happy, so one result is expected “an inner change” :D

The essence of a sense of lack!

A sense of lack inside ourselves is only notorious when We have trying to fill it with almost any form that We have found!

When we haven’t tried it yet, we believe some external things, will make us feel fulfilled

This is a way to explain what happened to me some years ago. paradoxically The sense of lack was growing inside me, becouse I got on a race to find that feeling of fulfillment.

Being in the journey of innovation gave me an insight: we don’t include ourselves in our mental model of how the world operates. When I realized that, Including myself into the model, radically changed the thoughts inside my mind; the preconceived assumptions started to disappear, so it lead me to search by months some knowledge that could explain that change. I read a lot of scientifical papers, books and other sources to finally made me realize logic has its limits(Gödel’s incompleteness theorems ).

I realized that reality is based on truth and interpretentions of mind, that every individual experiences his own reality.

After that, my reality had changed but not the sense of lack inside me. In a gleam of consciousness, I noted that my way to see the world was totally flawed, so googling “the forces of life”, I stumbled with “The Power of now” by Eckarht Tolle, the clarity of his teaching surprized me. At the begining, listening his teachings didn’t help me too much, but as Tolle says: “it’s something the mind can not understand”, so it took me awhile to be really aware of the identification with the mind. “You take the thinker to be who you are”[Power of Now].

That kind of identification is the essence of a sense of lack. from the identification with form of any sort, a thought arises, that things people does or achieves, creates identity and even it makes us happy; but on the contrary, experience mighty things is the result of being complete in the present moment.

Suddenly this quote made sense to me:

Entrepreneurship is an Art not a Job is the last post on Steve Blank's blog. We were trying to become business into an Engineering through the time, but we've never got it.

That is because there are a differentition between Business men and Entrepreneurs, the latest ones look for new and innovative ways to solve the problems.
Even if we have a model for the entrepreneurship process, just like Hackfwd did it! Nobody is sure of the results.

In this time technological entrepreneurship is not about technology, because there is already a lot of it.
IT Entrepreneurship is different now. It's not an highly especialized art anymore, instead it's a very democratized one.

We believe technology will solve our problems but in fact technology is just a tool. We decide how to use it, thus we can achieve our goals.

The sense of belong

Most of the times, we use to listen and logically understand what is said, but we really don't apreciate what it envolves.

I have read about social nature of humans throughout history, in fact the hability to connect with others guide our evolution.

When I really appreciated that skill was when I listened to Simon Sinek to talk about it. He said "It is this sense of belonging what make us to follow a single path from a leader".

It was the first time I apreciated "the sense of belong", that sense makes us to chose a College, a carear, the company where we want to work and where we want to live.

GDP measures everything except that which makes life worthwhile. by quoting it. Nic Marks unfold his talk about the happy planet index.

Well, it seems that trying to understand everything took us longer but finally we start to understand ourselves. We get lost on measuring everything else except what makes life worthwhile.

I think Happiness is an state of mind. It is a result of love. But happiness need to be nurtured and according to Nic, we can do it by creating a feedback loop.

The elements in this loop are:

Be active
Take notice
Keep learning
Give

it does not exist a barometer for happiness but I believe one knows when it happened.

an important distinction(sometimes we confuse them) is that pleasure is different from happiness. The first one is from outside to in and the other from inside to out..
