I have been in the innovation world for some time, just to realize that every result has an action and every action has an intent. Even the first step of a journey had to have an intent, to make that step possible.
It seems everyone in the world is looking for something, but leaders are the ones that start the journey.
Leaders have a clear intent that move them, hence inspire others. Yesterday I read an article about Silicon Valley's problem. I noticed, the leaders of innovation are becoming aware of lack of results. In this times companies boost millions in months, but also they crash down in a few more. We are life and life has an intent, one We can not understand by thinking, but I believe, We are about to become aware of that intent.
