The sense of belong

Most of the times, we use to listen and logically understand what is said, but we really don't apreciate what it envolves.

I have read about social nature of humans throughout history, in fact the hability to connect with others guide our evolution.

When I really appreciated that skill was when I listened to Simon Sinek to talk about it. He said "It is this sense of belonging what make us to follow a single path from a leader".

It was the first time I apreciated "the sense of belong", that sense makes us to chose a College, a carear, the company where we want to work and where we want to live.
