Starting with Why from Perú

I'm a software developer, my last project involved an iOS engineering and also a smooth design process. even We were the first introducing a world cup app with a nice UI, something went wrong. I realized that we weren't fans enough to compete in a very high level market. In fact our app was the best for weeks but soon others showed up on stage.
In that moment I headed-up myself to find out what was wrong with my goal as a team leader. Certainly I know the better is to do what you like most, but in this case I' had the wrong insight.

A few days later I bumped into a very inspiring TED talk, "How great leaders inspire action". Basically I got amazed by the very clear speech from Simon. After that my mindset went upside down, but finally I could embrace that starting with WHY, was the best way to make a path to success.
It took me several days find what is my WHY, believe it or not is the hardest thing to find inside ourselves.

So, once I found out my Golden Circle, i tried to share with others this new knowledge.

There are some studies about misunderstanding communication becouse of IQ difference, i don't believe so much in only one factor as IQ, I'd rather think on the different mental scheme people have. This mental-scheme development is supported by Cognitive Science, thus this can explain why someone else don't understand a word of what I was saying.

Imagine how difficult is try to change your mindset settled for years, or worse if you were not looking for a change.

I'm very happy to say that Simon Sinek is changing people's life. But that is just posibble if you are looking for it.

I love discovering new Knowledge and share it with others! and I decided to do it in English where I'm pretty sure I gonna get feedback.
As a result, this blog is about discovering knowledge. Discover what push us to achive something and how to do it!
